Welcome to Sacred Heart
About the Parish
Sacred Heart Church, originally founded and adminstrated by the Stigmatine Fathers and Brothers and followed by The Franciscan Friars, is now administered by the Archdiocese of Boston. Our parish staff work tirelessly to provide meaningful worship, opportunities for spiritual development and to build fellowship among the faithful they serve.
This vibrant faith community has many opportunities for those who seek to serve the needs of others, serve in parish ministry or share their gifts to serve the needs of others. With more than twenty ministries, organizations, service and justice programs as well as an active Religious Education and Youth Ministry, there are many opportunities for everyone to get involved. Sacred Heart Church is home to more than 3,500 individuals, 1,300 family/households. We invite everyone to be part of our growing church family!
